Organics for Lily Knock Me Out tea 25g Jar is an extra strong sleep blend, particularly good for individuals with difficulty falling asleep and frequent waking throughout the night.
Each ingredient has been carefully chosen and hand blended by Organics for lily Naturopath Melissa to help you get off to sleep and stay asleep. Specific for sleep maintenance insomnia (frequent waking), this blend is for individuals with insomnia.
Brewing instructions: Place a heaped teaspoon of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot, tea bottle or infuser and brew for 10 minutes. Brew your tea half an hour before you you want to go sleep and enjoy a good nights sleep.
Organic ingredients: chamomile, lemonbalm, hops, valerian, passionflower and lavender. Caution: some research has indicated that hops is contraindicated with antidepressant medication.
